About

Made for church staff.

Eklo is the operating system for church staff: request forms with approval workflows, tasks and projects, and team chat in one workspace, with Ask Eklo, the AI assistant, built in. It replaces Slack, Asana and Jotform at one flat price per church.

Why Eklo exists

Church staff end up with a tool for every job, bought one at a time over the years: chat in one app, projects in another, request forms in a third. Each has its own sign-in and its own bill, and the work falls between them.

Eklo puts requests and approvals, tasks and projects, and team chat in one workspace, so a facility request, the tasks it starts and the conversation about it stay together. It costs one flat price per church, not per seat.

Eklo sits alongside solutions like Planning Center, which keep a church’s people, giving and check-ins. Eklo is where church staff run requests and approvals, projects and tasks, and team chat.

Who it’s for

Executive pastors, operations directors and IT directors at churches of about 500 people and up, and the staff and volunteers who work alongside them.
