List prices in October 2026: Slack Pro billed monthly, Asana Starter billed yearly, and the Jotform plan a team this size usually needs. Churches are usually not eligible for Slack's or Asana's nonprofit discounts. Jotform gives nonprofits, churches included, 50% off.

Questions
Is Eklo priced per seat?
No. Each plan is one flat price for your church and covers up to a set number of members. On a paid plan, add members past that at $4 each a month, or move to the next plan. Starter’s limits are fixed.
Who counts as a member?
The people on your workspace’s Members list: the staff and volunteers who sign in to Eklo.
How does paying yearly work?
A year costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Enterprise is billed yearly only.
What is the AI budget?
Each plan includes a monthly budget for what Ask Eklo costs to run. Owners and admins can see how much is used in Settings. When it runs out, web search, images and reading attached files pause. A little past it, Ask Eklo pauses until the 1st of the month. More AI budget comes in $20 packs.
