The approval path
Steps run in order, and a decline ends the request, so later steps don’t run. When you install the template, you choose who decides each one. Nobody can approve their own request: when nobody else can decide a step, your workspace owners and admins decide it.

Questions
Do applicants need an Eklo account?
No. Set the form’s visibility to Public and share its link or download a QR code for a slide or a sign. Applicants complete a quick “I’m human” check before they submit.
Will applicants hear back?
Yes. When the coordinator approves or declines, Eklo emails the address on the application to say which. If the coordinator needs to ask something first, the applicant gets an email with a link to answer.
What happens if an applicant is under 18?
The form asks for the name of a parent or guardian before they can submit.
Does Eklo schedule volunteers?
No. Eklo handles the application and the review. Eklo sits alongside solutions like Planning Center.
